Dedication
I dedicate this website to all the people in my life.
To those who were part of my life in one way or another,
because everyone contributed something so that today,
I am who I am, with all my flaws and virtues.
I especially dedicate it to my Mother, my Father, and to my late Wife and first Daughter;
who taught me to understand that life holds both joys and sorrows,
but that remembering must always be done with a smile of affection and love for those who have passed away.
Knowing that as long as they are remembered, they live on within us.
I also dedicate it to my daughter Sonia and my granddaughter Alma, who are currently
the “engine of joy” in the life of this aspiring writer.

Author Notes
I have always believed that there are two ways to create: one through technique, and the other through feeling. While the closest thing to perfection is a combination of both, I have always preferred feeling over technique.
This is for the simple reason that in certain arts—and in poetry, in particular—both rhyme and meter can “limit” the ability to express emotions, especially for someone like me, who lacks formal technical training. I believe that feelings should not be held back by any “corset that constrains them.” Therefore, this is not a poetry website; it is simply a website of feelings, expressed in a… “poetic” way.
The audio tracks were originally recorded by me with background music,
but to respect copyright laws,
I have separated my voice from the original audio,
until I have secured the rights for the music used in each poem.
